Growing up as a dancer I always knew Bloch as the makers of my ballet slippers and pointe shoes. There was nothing like the excitement of trying on that new pair of perfect pink slippers in the beginning of each school year. Bloch has been producing professional dance shoes for over 75 years; recently, they have begun making shoes that you can wear outside the dance studio.So maybe now I can get back that feeling of excitement! Although, let's be honest, I get that feeling every time I buy a new pair of shoes. Bloch started their foray into the wearable world with chic flats in every color, but as I was able to see at their recent fall preview, they are expanding their repertoire with heels and ankle boots. The shoes have an elegant vintage feel and are just screaming to be worn with flirty dresses and flowy skirts (like the adorable peep toe heels below).
